$4.75 million sale on Longboat Key

Cheryl Loeffler, a top-selling agent with Premier Sotheby's International Realty, has announced the sale of a waterfront house on Longboat Key at $4.75 million.

The sale is the fifth highest-priced residential transaction in Sarasota County this year.

The 5,000-square-foot house, at 560 Harbor Point Road in Bay Isles South, was listed by Loeffler at $5.2 million.

Jon Fox of Michael Saunders & Co. represented the buyers.

Loeffler had both sides of a record $6.75 million condo sale on Longboat Key in April.

Other top sales this year: $10 million for a house on north Siesta Key, $7 million for a house in Sarasota's Harbor Acres and $6.35 million for a house in Lido Shores on Lido Key.
