$2 million sale at Concession

Premier Sotheby's International Realty reports that it represented both the buyer and the seller in the sale of a $2 million estate at 8307 Farington Court in The Concession, Manatee County, on Thursday. The deal was the highest sale price there in 18 months, according to the brokerage firm.

 Premier Sotheby’s Greg Hudson represented the seller and Brian Wood represented the buyer.

 The four-bedroom, four-bath home has views of a private lake and scenic preserve. With 5,500 square feet of air-conditioned space, the house has European travertine marble, cast-coral columns, coffered and trayed ceilings, and a cast-coral stone fireplace.

The kitchen features a large island, custom Albrecht wood cabinetry and Wolf, Meile and Sub-Zero appliances. Entertaining venues include a wet bar, theater room, swimming pool with spa, summer kitchen and outdoor fireplace.
