REDESIGNED SALES CENTER

AT SARASOTA NATIONAL

Sarasota National’s sales center has been redesigned to give visitors a glimpse of the lifestyle offered at WCI Communities’ newest community.

The 3,200-square-foot building showcases iconic images of the 2,400-acre Venice community, Gulf of Mexico beaches and shopping destinations, Sarasota’s cultural offerings and the 18-hole golf course.

Designed by Ian Quinton of International Design and Display Group, the center has a seating area with Tommy Bahama-inspired wood and cane furnishings and a color palette with shades of blue, green and brown.

The center is located at the main entrance to the community on U.S. 41, about 1.5 miles east of Jacaranda Boulevard.

Sarasota National has 1,300 acres devoted to preservation, conservation and open space. The Gordon Lewis-designed golf course is certified as an Audubon International Signature Sanctuary.

WCI Communities purchased Sarasota National earlier this year. The community is approved for 1,584 homes, including 800 homes surrounding the golf and country club neighborhood. Its golf facilities include a pro shop, driving range, and chipping and putting greens.

Planned amenities include a resort-style clubhouse with dining and gathering spaces, fitness, tennis courts and swimming.

Available floor plans offer two to three bedrooms and 1,593 to more than 2,300 square feet of living space, with prices starting in the low $200,000s. Homes in the Golf Village include golf membership.

The Sarasota National sales center is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday, off U.S. 41 west of North Port.
