WCI HAS NEW MODEL HOME
Construction has started on the three-bedroom, three-and-one-half-bath Agostino model at Venetian Golf & River Club.
WCI Communities is developing the 1,039-acre master-planned community along the Myakka River in Venice.
The model, one of WCI’s four Classic Series houses offered at Venetian. It is being built in Artisti, the community’s new model home park adjacent to the welcome center and the 20,000-square-foot Venetian Golf Club.
The park will eventually offer five furnished model homes.
The Agostino will have 2,725 square feet of living space with an open floor plan combining the great room, dining room and kitchen.
The Agostino offers a den, three full baths and a powder room, and has tray ceilings in several rooms, a gourmet kitchen with walk-in pantry and freestanding island/breakfast bar. The owner’s retreat has his-and-her walk-in closets and private bathroom with double vanities, a water closet, glass-enclosed shower and separate garden tub.
The model is expected to be completed in February 2014.

Six model homes are currently under construction at Sarasota National, WCI Communities' newest Southwest Florida community. The models will showcase six of the seven available two- and -three-bedroom designs at Sarasota National, a 2,400-acre community featuring an 18-hole championship golf course.
TAYLOR MORRISON HAS GRAND OPENING TODAY
Taylor Morrison will open its Arbor Lakes on Palmer Ranch with a backyard barbeque from noon to 4 p.m. today. The family friendly event will feature food, refreshments, activities, music and $2,500 in prize giveaways.
Visitors can tour four furnished models. Homes range from 2,055 to 5,073 square feet and start in the $300,000s.

NEW MODELS AT SARASOTA NATIONAL NEAR VENICE
WCI is offering new Carriage, Villa and Grand Villa floor plans at Sarasota National, with prices from the low $200,000s.
The first models, located in three neighborhoods overlooking large lakes and nature preserves, are expected to be completed in early 2014 and will feature floor plans ranging from 1,593 to 2,376 square feet of interior space.
The three Grand Villa models include the two-bedroom, two-bath Valencia with 1,756 square feet; the Azalea with three bedrooms, two baths and 1,862 square feet; and the Florencia, designed with two bedrooms, two baths, a den, dining room, breakfast nook and 2,039 square feet.
Grand Villas are priced from $254,990.
