NEAL BREAKS GROUND ON SILVERLEAF IN PARRISH
Neal Communities has broken ground on Silverleaf, in Parrish, south of U.S. 301, three miles east of Interstate 75.
Silverleaf will have 713 homesites within distinct neighborhoods; 42 percent of the land is designated as open space. Amenities will include several parks with a centralized amenity center, a recreation center, pool and spa, fitness center, tennis courts, a children’s playground, dog parks and an open play field.
The community will have houses from Neal’s Cottage, Cruise and Celebration series, and paired villas from the Coral Series. Sales begin this summer.
WCI BUILDING MODEL AT VENETIAN GOLF & RIVER CLUB
WCI Communities is building the third of five models at Venetian Golf & River Club’s new Artisti model home park in the 1,039-acre master-planned community along the Myakka River in Venice.
The two-bedroom, two-bathroom Florencia Grand Villa will have interiors by Builders Design, a Maryland firm.
The 2,868-square-foot plan has a great room that joins with the kitchen and breakfast nook, and a den and dining room are included in the 2,039 square feet of living space. A wall of sliding glass doors expands gathering areas to the lanai.
The owner’s retreat includes a walk-in closet and offers his-and-her vanities, a water closet and a separate shower and tub in the bathroom.
The Florencia, like all floor plans offered at Venetian, is designed with options that allow owners to customize. The den can be converted to a third bedroom, a summer kitchen added to the lanai and the height of the island counter lowered in the kitchen. Owners also may extend the lanai and opt for double French doors opening from the foyer into the dining room and a single French door from the owner’s suite to the lanai.
The base price is $250,990.
Also in the model-home park: the three-bedroom, three-bath Boretto, offering 2,644 square feet of living space; and the Agostino, with three bedrooms and three-and-one-half baths within 2,725 square feet. Both Classic Series designs will feature interiors by Kay Green Design.
The San Remo, a three-bedroom, two-and-one-half bath Grand Villa model, also is under construction in Artisti and will feature interiors by Kay Green.
