DiVOSTA HOMES OPENS FOUR MODELS AT ISLANDWALK
DiVosta Homes has opened four model homes priced from the $170,000s at IslandWalk in the West Villages, off U.S. 41 between Venice and North Port.
The Pinnacle, Martin Ray, Abbeyville and Taft Street floor plans range in size from 1,433 square feet of living space to 2,488 square feet with two to four bedrooms and two to four baths.
DiVosta builds one- to four-bedroom homes in 10 floor plans at IslandWalk, priced from $171,990 to the mid-$300,000s.
The Taft Street model is priced from $182,990, with two bedrooms, two baths and a “flex” room in 1,433 square feet of living space, with a loft option.
The base Abbeyville floor plan has 1,659 square feet of living area with two bedrooms and a flex room. The model has an optional den and sunroom, increasing the living area to 1,793 square feet.
The base Martin Ray plan has 1,968 square feet with two bedrooms and a flex room. The Martin Ray model at IslandWalk shows the third bedroom option, which expands the living area to 2,107 square feet. The model also shows the optional den in lieu of the flex room.
The base Pinnacle plan offers three bedrooms, three baths and a flex room in 2,488 square feet, priced from $304,990. The Pinnacle is shown with the optional den in place of the flex room, second floor loft with fourth bedroom and fourth bath option, increasing the living area to 3,656 square feet.
WCI OPENS MODELS AT VENETIAN
Four furnished models are open in Artisi at Venetian Golf & River Club, the 1,039-acre master-planned community created by WCI Communities along the Myakka River in Venice.
The Florencia Grand Villa is shown with the option of converting the den to a third bedroom. The model has an open floor plan of 2,039 square feet. The home offers 2,868 total square feet, including a two-car garage and lanai.
The San Remo has 2,250 square feet of living space, and its flex room is shown by Kay Green Design as an office with a partner’s desk. The floor plan combines great room, dining area and kitchen, which has chiffon-finished cabinetry. The model has a pool and 3,034 total square feet, including a two-car garage and lanai.
The Boretto has a casita, providing a fourth bedroom, fourth bath and separate entrance from the covered entry and 2,925 square feet of living space.
The Classic Series Agostino has 2,725 square feet with three bedrooms and 4,009 total square feet, including a two-car garage and separate golf-cart garage. The model has a pool and raised spa, and the floor plan’s cabana storage is shown as a full pool bath.
The open floor plan combines great room, kitchen and dining area with two sets of sliding glass doors opening to the lanai.
Venetian offers 10 Carriage, Grand Villa and Classic floor plans. New homes start from the low $200,000s.
