WCI SELLING COACH HOMES
VENICE — WCI Communities has introduced Sarasota National’s first collection of coach homes in the Banbury II neighborhood. The two-story buildings will offer six residences, each featuring two bedrooms, two baths and an open great-room plan.
Banbury II will have 11 buildings with 66 homes. The coach homes, with water and preserve views, are priced from $189,990 and offer 1,375 to 1,831 square feet of interior space, with upscale kitchens, breakfast cafés, screened lanais and single-car garages. Five of the plans also offer dens.
WCI is developing the 2,400-acre master-planned Sarasota National, which features an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Gordon Lewis and certified as an Audubon International Signature Sanctuary.
Each home offers a freestanding kitchen island/breakfast bar, full Whirlpool appliance package and a garbage disposal. Finishes include granite counter tops, recessed paneled cabinetry doors and integrated double-bowl sinks. Separate laundry rooms offer a washer and dryer.
The first-floor homes have coffered ceilings in owner’s bedrooms. Second-floor residences have window-lit stairwells. Interior finishes include designer ceramic tile in select rooms, solid-surface windowsills and decorative base moldings.
Each six-home building features low-e insulated impact-resistant windows and sliding-glass doors, brick paver driveways, concrete tile roofs, and decorative raised-panel garage doors with remote opener and keyless entry pad.

WCI BUYS 150 LOTS AT ROSEDALE
WCI Communities also has purchased 150 home sites within Rosedale, a master-planned golf course community on S.R. 70 near Interstate 75 in Bradenton.
WCI purchased 93 homesites from Newton Developments Inc., the developer of Rosedale, and an additional 57 homesites from M/I Homes, all located within The Links at Rosedale.

COMMUNITY OPEN HOUSE AT LAKEWOOD RANCH
A community open house will be presented in Lakewood Ranch from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 3.
More than 220 listed homes in Country Club, Country Club East, Edgewater, Greenbrook, Riverwalk, Summerfield, Miramar and Central Park will be open, as will some listings in nearby Rosedale.
Loan officers will be on hand to pre-qualify potential buyers.
The for-sale properties range in price from less than $100,000 for a condominium unit to $2.7 million for a six-bedroom house with more than 8,600 square feet.
More than half of the homes have pools and screened lanais.
Lakewood Ranch is east of Interstate 75 between S.R. 64 and University Parkway. Signs will direct tour-goers to the listings.
