$22 million listing in Sanderling Club

Ohana has a companion at the top of the market.

A 1.23-acre at 7712 Sanderling Road on Siesta Key has come on the market at $22 million through Peg Davant of Premier Sotheby's International Realty.

That is the same price as Ohana, the Guy Peterson-designed estate on the north end of Longboat Key that came on the market in December 2013. Deborah Beacham of Michael Saunders & Co. has that listing.

The Sanderling house was designed by Peterson, too, in 1999. It has been remodeled, and I am not sure the architect would like the outcome; I haven't asked him yet. But it is impressive nonetheless.

Known as Aquadisia, the estate has three residences, totaling eight bedrooms, eight full baths, with two gulf-front residences, "Aquadisia" and "The Point," plus the pool house on Heron Lagoon.
