Judy Kepecz-Hays of Coldwell Banker Previews was the listing agent for sellers Kim and Mark Standish, who bought the Nelson House on Hillview Drive in Harbor Acres for $7 million in 2013. They recently completed an extensive renovation of that house.

Laura Pearson of Premier Sotheby's International Realty represented the buyers, Maurice and Carolyn Cunniffe of Greenwich, Conn. Maurice Cunniffe is chairman and CEO of the investment firm Vista Capital Corp.

The unit has two en-suite master bedrooms, a formal dining room, living room and family room with travertine flooring throughout.

The gourmet kitchen  has a gas cook top, granite counters and premium appliances. The living room has a custom gas fireplace. There's also a private wine room that is finished with custom wood trim, which is found throughout the unit.

Access is via a private elevator directly from two parking spaces on the ground floor.

The Ritz Carlton offers full concierge services, 24-hour room service, maid service, a private theater, billiards room, pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, restaurant and two guest rooms. Owners may join the beach club, spa and golf club.
