Judy Kepecz-Hays of Coldwell Banker Previews is having a good day. She closed two condominium sales at the The Beach Residences at the Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota, on Lido Key.

Kepecz-Hays listed Unit 802 at $2,995,000 and sold it at $2,840,000, or $716 per square foot. She had both sides of the deal for the three-bedroom, three-bath apartment of 3,964 heated square feet, and 4,418 square feet overall. The apartment has two master suites.

She represented  the buyer of Residence 503. It was listed by agent Julia McClung of Michael Saunders & Co., at $2,950,000 and sold at $2,755,000, or $714 per square foot. It is a four-bedroom, four-bath unit of 3,861 heated square feet and 4,564 square feet including terraces.

The building was constructed in 2005.
