EIGHT NEW HOME DESIGNS IN TWO MODELS FOR WCI AT ROSEDALE LINKS
WCI Communities has introduced eight single-family home designs at The Links at Rosedale, a master-planned golf and country club community on S.R. 70 near I-75 in Bradenton. The homebuilder and developer purchased 150 homesites in The Links neighborhood and initially will offer one- and two-story Grand Villa homes with two to three bedrooms, dens and 1,822 to 3,275 square feet of living space.
The Grand Villa homes start from the $300,000s. The eight designs incorporate owner’s suites with large walk-in closets and bathrooms with framed glass-enclosed ceramic tile showers, private water closets and vanities with solid-surface counters and his-and-her sinks. Each home emphasizes an open floor plan.
WCI’s two-bedroom, two-bath, plus den designs include the Bimini, offering 1,822 square-feet of living space, and the Grand Cayman with 1,962 square feet.
The 2,201-square-foot Islamorada features three bedrooms, a den and three baths. The Key Largo has three bedrooms, a den, three full baths and a powder room within 2,389 square feet of interior space.
The Martinique has 2,506 square feet, three bedrooms, three full baths and a powder room. Each bedroom has a private bath and walk-in closet.
LONDON BAY OPENS MODELS AT THE FOUNDERS CLUB
The Girona model, a three-bedroom villa, has opened in The Founders Club, off Fruitville Road three miles east of Interstate 75.
Built by London Bay Homes, the villa has beach-inspired interior design and a floor plan emphasizing connection to outdoor spaces overlooking the Robert Trent Jones Jr.-designed golf course, lake and nature preserves.
The furnished model has 3,526 square feet of interior living space, with a formal dining room, study, home office and great room, as well as a breakfast nook, three full baths and a powder room.
The model’s interior design, by Romanza Interior Design, blends transitional and contemporary elements and features a palette of sands and grays with subtle greens and rusts.
Appliances in the kitchen include a stainless steel 48-inch Wolf range, Sub-Zero side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, and microwave oven. Its freestanding island, painted gray, offers a double sink and dishwasher, a trio of linen-hued upholstered barstools, and lantern pendant lighting above. Gray accents the wood paneled stove hood.
The Girona, shown with a three-car garage and 5,072 total square feet, is priced at $1,968,600, furnished.
The floor plan is one of more than 15 offered by London Bay Homes at The Founders Club, including golf cottages, single-family homes and one-of-a-kind estate homes.
Golf cottage home and homesite packages are priced from the $750,000s and offer 2,000 to more than 4,000 square feet of living space.
