NEW PHASE AT VENETIAN
WCI Communities has released the third phase of the Capello II neighborhood of Carriage homes at Venetian Golf & River Club. Three of the 12 homes offered in the newest phase are sold.
The homes are designed for maintenance-free living. The 1,039-acre master-planned community, which offers 18 holes of championship golf, the Venetian River Club and a 70-acre nature park, is located along the Myakka River in Venice.
Capello II features two-story buildings offering four homes per building. Phase 3 will have three buildings and a dozen homes.
The neighborhood overlooks lakes and Venetian’s Chip Powell-designed golf course and offers two home designs, each featuring three bedrooms, two baths and 1,710 or 2,376 square feet of living space.
The Carriage homes are designed around a great room to emphasize openness with adjoining kitchens, cafes and dining areas — spaces that also connect to covered lanais through sliding-glass doors.
Kitchens offer freestanding island breakfast bars and corner walk-in pantries. Owner’s suites have large walk-in closets, sliding glass doors to lanais, and bathrooms with glass-enclosed showers, private water closets, and vanities with his-and-her sinks.
Each home also has an attached two-car garage.
The Corsica has 2,360 total square feet, including covered entry, lanai and garage, and is offered from the $220,000s.
The second-floor Monaco’s retreat offers flexibility, allowing homebuyers to use it as den, office, media room or other purpose to suit their lifestyle. The home also offers elevator and stairway access and a tray celling embellishing the owner’s suite bedroom.
It has 2,990 total square feet, including garage and loggia, and is priced from the $280,000s.
Venetian Golf & River Club also offers Grand Villas, Classic homes and Grand Estates. The designs feature two to four bedrooms, one- and two-story homes and 1,756 to 4,222 square feet of living space.
