AAUW HOME TOUR IN VENICE

The American Association of University Women’s Venice Branch will present its annual home tour on Friday, Feb. 13.

Homes on the tour, all on the island of Venice, include a remodeled Sarasota School of architecture house, a condo on the Gulf with an impressive art collection, and a house that features energy-efficient construction.

CFAS 'ATELIER TALK'

The Center for Architecture Sarasota will present its next “Atelier Talk” in the showroom of Soft Square / Calligaris Studio at 1506 Fruitville Road in Sarasota.

The event begins at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 19. Cost is $10 for CFAS members and $15 for nonmembers, with students admitted free with ID.

Soft Square /Calligaris is a home furnishings store that sells modern furniture and accessories.

HOME TOUR AT FOUNDERS CLUB

London Bay Homes will hold a “Grand Prix of Homes” from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and Sunday, and Feb. 14-15. Four models will be open.

London Bay has partnered with Suncoast Motorsports Porsche-Audi-Volkswagen to display luxury vehicles at each of the models.

The models have 3,000 to more than 4,300 square feet of living space; prices are from $1.1 million to $2.1 million.

The Clara, a Reserve Collection home on the golf course, has three bedrooms, a living room, den, family room, three full baths and a powder room within 3,248 square feet. Priced at $1,384,900, the Clara also features an outdoor kitchen, pool, spa and one- and two-car garages.

The three-bedroom Girona has an open floor plan that combines the gathering and entertaining areas of the great room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast nook. It has a study, kitchen, office area, three full baths and a powder room, a three-car garage, summer kitchen, pool and spa. The 3,526-square-foot model is $1,968,600.

The four-bedroom Delfina has 4,329 square feet and is finished with tumbled travertine, marble and grayed wood flooring, painted beam ceilings, and crown molding in volume ceilings. The model offers a study, formal dining and living rooms and a cabana bedroom, and is priced at $2,128,900.

Romanza Interior Design selected the finishes for the three-bedroom, three-bath Belita golf cottage, shown unfurnished. The 3,091-square-foot model has a pool and spa and is priced at $1,165,130.
