NEW MODEL FOR LONDON BAY

London Bay Homes has opened the Clara model at The Founders Club, east of Interstate 75 off Fruitville Road.

The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath model is part of London Bay’s Reserve Collection and is located along the fairways of the community’s Robert Trent Jones Jr.-designed championship course.

The Clara has a den, formal living and dining rooms, a family room and 3,248 square feet of air-conditioned space. The model is shown with an outdoor kitchen, pool, spa and three-car garage.

The home features interior design by Michael Scott of Romanza Interior Design and coastal colors of beach, sea and tropical green. Finishes include pearl-hued porcelain tile flooring, beamed ceilings in the den and dining room, granite and quartz kitchen and bathroom countertops, and oxford oak flooring in the den.

Scott also accented the tray ceiling with crown molding and customized walls with painted moldings. The designer created a butler’s pantry connecting kitchen to dining room and offering a stainless steel beverage center and built-in cabinetry.

Interior and alfresco spaces overlook the pool, golf course and a nature preserve. The Clara is priced at $1,384,900, furnished.

London Bay Homes also has a new estate model home in The Founders Club.

The Isabella Two-Story will expand upon a popular floor plan by adding a second story and a larger ground floor. Now under construction, the model will offer a fourth bedroom, fifth full bath and 4,283 square feet of living space.

“The Isabella has always been a popular design because of its openness and flow between indoor and outdoor areas,” said Mark Wilson, president and CEO of London Bay. “The new plan will heighten the alfresco experience.”

The emphasis on outdoor living is enhanced through sliding glass doors from the kitchen’s café area as well as a second-floor covered balcony overlooking its large outdoor living area, pool and spa.

The house will offer a side-loading garage and front porch within 6,353 total square feet. It should be complete in June.

With home and lot packages from the $750,000s, London Bay’s homes on fairway sites offer 2,000 to more than 4,000 square feet of living space.
