McCall Ranch, a 5,771-acre property in North Port adjacent to Interstate 75, is one of the largest remaining tracts of its size in the area.
It will be auctioned at 2 p.m. Feb. 13 per court order to the highest bidder.
"Given the strategic location and vast development potential, interest in the property is likely to be high," said the National Auction Group of Gadsden, Ala., which will be conducting the sale.
