The Concession closed 34 lot sales in the first five months of the year, eclipsing its 2013 total of 32 closings.
And local buyers are driving the increase.
“Our strong momentum continues in 2014 due to the amount of people looking for more space and privacy in their community of choice,” said Mark Bruce, director of sales at The Concession Real Estate Company. “We are seeing about 65 percent of our home purchases from local buyers, while 35 percent are new residents moving to the area."

John Cannon Homes is currently building the Avianna, a 4,500-square-foot model with pre-completion pricing of $2.3 milliom (cover photo).
One-acre sites are priced from the low $200,000s, with home and lot packages from $899,000.
