Lennar Homes has opened a new phase of Estate Homes at its popular new Gran Paradiso community, located off Tamiami Trail east of North River Road in the West Villages of North Port.
Lennar has five new-home collections at Gran Paradiso. Lennar reopened Gran Paradiso, which languished during the Great Recession, in January.
Lennar’s Estate Homes offer five floor plans that range from 2,361 square feet of living space in the four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath Oakmont model to the two-story, five-bedroom, four-bath Colonade Grand.
All Estate Series homes at Gran Paradiso offer three-car garages, along with stately entryways, sweeping open floor plans, enormous gourmet kitchens and covered lanais that create spacious outdoor living areas.
Lennar will start building in September; 51 Estate Homes are planned.
Gran Paradiso was designed as a resort for everyday living, with a massive community clubhouse, a resort-style swimming pool and spa, steam room, a media center, tennis courts and fitness trails.
Altogether 1,800 new homes are planned at Gran Paradiso, priced from the high $100,000s to more than $500,000, including Estate Homes, Executive Homes, Manor Homes and Villas that range in size from 1,340 to almost 4,000 square feet. Lennar’s NextGen “home within a home” is designed to accommodate multiple generations.
All new homes at Gran Paradiso come with Lennar’s “Everything’s Included” pledge: crown molding, granite counters, wood cabinetry, designer fixtures, stainless-steel appliances and a highly rated energy-efficiency package are included in the price. Information: Lennar.com.
MURRAY NOW IN THE LAKE CLUB
Murray Homes, a Sarasota-based luxury homebuilder, will become the eighth builder in The Lake Club at Lakewood Ranch.
The first British West Indies-style model is expected to open in spring 2015.
The Murray team has created an island-style collection for The Lake Club. The homes reflect a middle ground between traditional and contemporary, said builder Steve Murray.
Murray Homes is the exclusive builder on Staysail Court. The homes there have been inspired by the America’s Cup and will reflect the heritage of the Murray family, as well as the family’s passion for offshore racing.
The first model, scheduled to open in spring 2015, is named after the 106-foot racing yacht Resolute, launched in 1914 and the America’s Cup winnner in 1920.
