WCI OPENS NEW MODEL
WCI Communities has opened a new “Grand Villa” model home at Sarasota National near Venice.
The Key Largo has three bedrooms, a den, three full baths and a powder room in 2,389 square feet.
With interiors by Kay Green Design, the Key Largo has an open great-room concept. Designer-selected 12- by 24-inch tiles installed in a brick pattern in the main living areas enhance the model’s sense of spaciousness.
The kitchen features java-stained paneled cabinetry paired with quartz counter tops and a gray-blue glass subway tile backsplash. The kitchen also offers a freestanding breakfast island, a walk-in closet pantry and stainless steel appliances.
The den has two freestanding bookcases framing the desk, chair rail-accented walls, and a brown velvet armchair with bronze nail-head trim. It also has a walk-in closet, allowing it to function as an additional bedroom.
The Key Largo offers 3,154 total square feet, including a covered entry, lanai and two-car garage. The home design starts in the $280,000s.
The Key Largo is one of seven two- and three-bedroom Grand Villa homes available at Sarasota National, which also offers Coach homes, Carriage homes, single-family Villas and Golf Estate homes with two and three bedrooms and up to 3,184 square feet of living space.
WCI is offering several quick-delivery homes for immediate or near-immediate occupancy. The sales center is at 23114 Copperleaf Drive. Information: (941) 234-4470, or visit SarasotaNational.com.
