Neal Signature Homes, a Lakewood Ranch-based luxury homebuilder (nealsignaturehomes.com), has opened its early buying period at River Wind, a coastal-themed community to be built in Parrish.
The gated, secluded enclave will include 62 estate homes on larger home sites. In a natural setting close to the Manatee River, the neighborhood sits on 39.7 acres near the intersection of Rye and Upper Manatee River roads, at 931 River Wind Circle.
Neal Signature Homes will feature six new floor plans of single- and two-story homes, with layouts ranging from three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a den to four-bedroom homes with a bonus room. The decorated model will showcase the Carmel floor plan, with 2,698 square feet, three bedrooms and three bathrooms plus a den and an upstairs bonus room.
“We have had tremendous interest since the groundbreaking at this neighborhood,” said Randy Turkovics, president of the Lakewood Ranch-based custom homebuilding company. “This is a popular and ideal location, with top-rated schools and close to several community amenities, and is perfect for the outdoors lover with its natural setting and proximity to the River.”
With an anticipated spring opening, available floor plans range from 2,200 to 3,400 square feet. All homes will feature a three-car garage and will have the flexibility for added bedrooms. Home prices start at $350,000 and may reach about $500,000.
Walking trails wind around the Manatee River, which is just north of the property. The community also boasts a kayak launch and Rye Preserve Park to the west.
This coastal community will join the company’s family of beautiful neighborhoods, including Lakewood Ranch’s County Club East and West, The Inlets and The Concession, Boca Royale Golf & Country Club, plus several additional neighborhoods to open soon in Sarasota and Manatee counties.
