Neal Signature Homes has sold 62 homes this year in the fast-selling community, with 29 purchased in April, May and June. Boca Royale had more than $10 million in sales in 2014.

The 3,020-square-foot Fenwick model has three bedrooms and three bathrooms with a two-car garage. The floor plan includes a den overlooking the private lanai, beautiful kitchen with large island and café with curved aquarium glass, formal dining room, well-appointed master suite and an ample grand room.

The community has new neighborhoods (four in total) and floor plans, and a renovated information center. The refurbished country club thrived after the builder invested more than $1 million to renovate the club, fitness center, golf course and infrastructure. The dining room is typically sold out during season.

Boca Royale has six decorated models. Neal Signature Homes offers larger homes and homesites in the community, which vary from $500,000 to more than $1 million.

The gated community has a semi-private golf facility, tennis, fitness and social memberships. The 18-hole, par-72 golf course includes a driving range, putting green, sand bunker, chipping and pitching area and pro shop
