Michael Saunders & Co. agent Stephanie Church has had a good week, and there are still three days to go.
Today, she sold a 2-acre beachfront compound that she had listed in Siesta Key's gated Sanderling Club at $6.25 million. Linda Weber of Coldwell Banker brought in the buyer.
On Monday, Church brought the buyer to the $4 million sale of Residence #1101 at The Beach Residences at the Ritz-Carlton, located at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive, on Lido Key. That transaction, which closed at $953 per square foot—the highest in the building since 2005—also represented the highest year-to-date sale of a condominium in Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte counties.
The condo was listed at $4.395 million by Cheryl Loeffler of Premier Sotheby’s.
That is $10.275 million in volume in two days for Church.
