In the past two weeks, Linda Weber of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate has had a pretty good year.

On Wednesday, she closed the sale of two properties -- a Longboat Key house at $3.55 million and a penthouse at the Grand Bay condominium, also on LBK, at $2.45 million. That is a total of $6 million in volume.

She said the sellers of the house, for which she was the listing agent, also were the buyers of the condo, which was listed by Roger Pettingell of Coldwell Banker Previews, so that made the timing of the deals very important.

In September, Weber participated in the sale of 8306 Sanderling Road on Siesta Key for $6.275 million.

The house she sold Wednesday was at 3550 Mistletoe Lane, and its closing price was a record for Corey's Landing.

Weber joined CB's Longboat Key office 20 years ago. She moved to the key in 1985 following her career as a customer-service manager for US Airways. She also developed a chain of furniture stores.
